How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Your exact delivery window is shown at checkout before you pay, and every order ships tracked.

Do I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Which resistance level should I pick?

The band set comes in a 100 lb and a 150 lb stack. Pick 100 lb if you are building a base or training accessories; pick 150 lb if you are using the bands for pull-up assistance or heavy pressing work.

Do the wrist wraps fit everyone?

The wraps are one size with a hook-and-loop closure and a thumb loop, so you set the tension yourself, wrist to wrist.

Will the chalk balls make a mess?

They are refillable mesh balls — squeeze to release chalk where you need it instead of dusting the whole platform.

Orders & returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us right away with your order number. If it has not shipped yet, we can change or cancel it.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
